Connect Google Calendar, or any calendar with a subscription link, such as iCloud, Outlook or your booking tool. Keep booking the way you do now. StopSmith keeps them all up to date.
Make sure every stop has an address
Events that include a location are ready to go. For one that doesn't, add the address in StopSmith, or just the neighborhood or ZIP code.
Check before you say yes
Enter the place, dates and times, and every date comes back marked Fits, Tight or Conflict, with the reason.
